Responsibilities:

• Manage the team to source and develop existing/new suppliers form different channels, justify suppliers' information with price comparison to propose an optimum choice of purchase;
• Liaise with Finance, Sales & Marketing teams to cultivate long-run seasonal forecast and monitor the optimum stock levels as well as stock aging record;
• Lead the team to be strong in negotiation to deal with suppliers in the best business and custom clearance terms;
• Monitor daily operations of purchasing team to ensure order process goes smoothly and on schedule;
• Monitor cost control and maintain efficient margin;
• Build up strong supplier relationships;
• Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement Management or related disciplines;
• 8-10 years experience in purchasing, in which, at least 3 years at managerial level;
• Solid experience to lead a team of 8-10 members;
• Familiar with skincare, cosmetics and fragrance products are high advantages;
• Familiar with trading & wholesales field is preferable;
• Experienced in inventory management;
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong numeric sense and analytical thinking;
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word (word processing) / Excel (V-loop Up / Pivot Table)
• Immediate available is preferable
