Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Department Manager to manage all aspects related to health supplements and home care products, including new product launch, training, and enhancing support tools on products related materials, etc.
  • Work closely with local and headquarter product teams to identify products for the launches; prepare launch materials with a balance between science and marketing elements and with accuracy; prepare competitive analysis report and sales forecast to help identify the target group for the products.
  • Analyze the sales trends of various product lines on a monthly/quarterly basis to identify the improvement needs for the low sellers.  
  • Ensure the target audience/market for each product is well-defined and ensure it is promoted regularly in different channels, such as social media, newsletter, magazine and shopping site.
  • Prepare and manage product training materials; ensure all the training materials are accurate and well prepared with periodical updates; work closely with field product specialists to ensure the trainings are conducted in professional ways.
  • Work closely with logistic team to monitor the inventory level; identify possible sales promotions to uplift the low sellers.
  • Arrange and conduct internal training for staffs to enhance their knowledge on different product lines.
  • Enhance content materials in the shopping sites in order to improve the shopping experience from the consumers; prepare materials in professional ways with marketing elements.
  • Work with Sales & Communications Department to organize products related events/activities.  
  • Ensure all other selected activities (including various Company functions) as directed by superior are completed in the most effective and efficient manner.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Nutrition science, or equivalent
  • Knowledge in product marketing will be an advantage
  • Additional knowledge/credit in Personal Care/cosmetics products will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the nutrition field; experience in Direct Selling is an advantage while at least 1-2 years experiences in managing projects and people
  • Solid experience in holding training sessions, including from research, PowerPoint preparation, and final presentation; always present him/herself in a professional business manner
  • Good initiative, ability to guide, coach & motivate others.
  • Independent and resourceful with good organizational and management skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin speaking is preferred
  • Mature, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player with business awareness
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications etc
  • Off-site training and non-office hour work may be required occasionally
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Supervisor Post
