Job Description
Job duties:
- Provide high quality customer service to clients and visitors and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee reception area on performing customer service duties including greeting and looking after customers, scheduling appointments and rooms, following-up customers and answering enquiries
- Support stock control and ordering, and liaise with suppliers.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in healthcare or hospitality related industries in multi-national environment.
- Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and in written English and Chinese.
- Strong customer service minded. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good face-to-face and telephone manner. Able to work under pressure.
- Bright, cheerful, energetic, confident, self-motivated, organized, independent and a good team player
- Good knowledge in MS Office, Internet and computer operation.
- Able to work overtime occasionally.
