Responsibilities

• To ensure clients receiving a good quality nutritional care provided by dietitian in line with the Code of Conduct set by the dietetics registration body in order to plan, implement and follow-up dietetic therapies as well as evaluation of the outcome
• To continuously promote and support optimal nutritional well-being for clients, staff and public
• To monitor the standard for good hygiene and safety environmentof food service operation
• To serve as a reliable nutritional source of information on nutrition or dietetic-related topics to other health care professionals, patient groups and the community
• To participant in nutrition or dietetic-related services and projects

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree or a post-graduate diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics or equivalent, inclusive of a clinical placement
• A registered Dietitian possessing professional qualification with a recognized registration body
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in nutrition consultation preferably in a sizable multidisciplinary organization
• Willing to work irregular hours

• Commitment to patient-oriented care
• Good counseling and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skill and management skill to handle independent self-directed dietetic programs
• Computer proficiency an asset. Chinese typing will be an advantage
