Responsibilities:

• Manage the Operations Department
• Develop and manage the quality system of Operations Department
• Conduct quality audit on different operations process, include material flow, information flow and man flow
• Enforce safety and compliance to safety rules and regulations;

• Liaise with other teams and individual to achieve the goals and desired outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering is preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in running an operation division, and 2 years in Quality Management
• Familiar with operations of outdoor advertising industry
• Knowledge in Operations Management and Quality Management
• Good problem solving and communication/negotiation skill
• Well organized,multi-tasking, strategic thinker, independent with good initiatives and critical mind
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good people management skill
• Fluent spoken and written in Englishand Mandarin;
• Immediate available
