Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for scaffolding rental & sales marketing to expand market share
• Prepare sales proposals, tenders, contracts and quotations etc
• Identify potential customers and establish long term relationship. Plan and strategize new business opportunities
• Develop existing client partnership with main & sub-contractors by good account management
• Communicate with both external and internal parties to ensure customer requests are fulfilled and to achieve greater efficiency and improvement in operation
• Deal with complaints and develop the most appropriate strategies to clients
• Conduct site visits and meetings with client
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects;

Requirements:

• University graduate/ associate degree/ higher diploma;
• At least 2 years working experience, preferably in scaffolding/ civil engineering/ construction industry
• Proven track record in relevant sales/ key account management role with knowledge on temporary works applications of construction equipment supply and rental is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills and
• Outgoing, proactive and tactful in handling customers
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and work under pressure
• Well organized, independent and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese;
• Candidate with more related experience will be considered as Account Manager
