Job Description
Responsibility:
- Assist in developing jobs technically from initial Client idea using various materials such as: aluminium, steel, concrete, stone, glass and timber.
- Deliver work in a timely and technically competent manner.
- Coordinate between clients, design, project team and procurement team.
- Prepare sketches and drawings for BD submisison and project proposals.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Building Engineering/ Architectural Studies or related disciplines
- At least 3 years façade/ curtain wall design experience
- High proficiency in using AutoCAD, knowledge of 3D software will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
