Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
- Procurement of materials and equipment
- Drafting tender reports
- Keep track of the records related to the progress of the projects and liaise with related parties
- Prepare Payment Application to client
- Checking and analyzing the tenders
- Drafting monthly reports
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties including Main Contractor and Subcontractors regarding contractual issues
- Prepare variation submission, follow up variation assessment and assist in the settlement of final account
- Perform ad-hoc assignments/ tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relative experiences
- Well organized, self-initiated and possess good communication skills
- Able to work under tight schedule and pressure
- Practical experience and/or interested in quantity surveying for civil infrastructure works projects is advantageous
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
