The Job:

• Successful candidates will be on secondment basis to the Hong Kong Housing Authority.  Employment contract may extend subject to the operation needs of the HA.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Holder of a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from
1. Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic, or 
2. The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or
3. A Technical Institute / College, or equivalent  
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE / HKCEE, or
• Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syl. B) in HKCEE held before 2007
• Well versed in the application of MS-WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, PHOTOSHOP, knowledge in MICROSTATION & 3D drafting is an advantage
• With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset

Job Duties :

• To prepare, check and update working/record drawings, survey plans, schedules and programme charts
• To compute site areas, plot ratio, etc.
• To perform site checking, inspection and building control duties
• Other duties as directed by Housing Department

Salary :

$20,650 ~ $31,855 per month subject to meeting minimum requirements and appropriate assessment of working experience and proven track records in relevant field.
