Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to shipping department
• Assist to prepare full set of shipping documents and logistics arrangement
• Issue PO and shipping related documents (Invoice, Delivery Notes, Delivery Orders, etc)
• Liaise with Sales team, clients and logistic company for delivery arrangement
• To provide administrative support
• To perform and ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work independently and self-motivate 
• With shipping experience is an advantage
• Immediate available or short-term notice would be highly preferred.
