Job Description:

• Assist project team to secure sales and works contracts
• Participate in preparation and execution of product and project presentations and bidding
• Assist project team to execute and manage sales and works contracts
• Capture and report sales trends and market needs
• Both indoor and outdoor work (e.g. sales meetings and site visits) are required
• Position in training to be play equipment and sports surfacing solution consultants.

Qualifications and other requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above preferably in the following disciplines:
• Surveying/Building Services/Architectural Studies/ Design Studies
• Project Management/Commercial Studies
• Good command of both written English and Chinese

Working Experience:

• 2 years or more full-time work

Reporting to:

• Project Sales Manager / General Manager depending on the seniority of the position offered

Salary and remuneration:

• HK$13,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered

Others:

• Availability of the position: Immediate
• Location of work: Sheung Wan
• Work days: 5 per week
