Our client is an expanding workplace/office interior design company who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for their Hong Kong office.

Work closely with the Director to identify and pursue potential opportunities and leads

Be part of the design pitch and presentation to clients

Approach potential end user clients to establish upcoming real estate and design needs

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate end users, real estate brokers and project managers

Attend industry events and build a network within the business community

Requirements:

• Tertiary education, preferably in a related subject, Business/ Marketing or similar 
• Min 3 years sales experience dealing with international companies. 
• Experience in a related industry such as design, real estate or project management are essential 
• Ability to work independently and part of a team 
• Initiative, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills 
• Able to network with and present to executive level professionals 
• Fluent English and Cantonese
