Main Responsibilities:

• Take on design work on all stages, from preliminary planning to detail design. 
• Develop and optimize plans with superior user experience in large-scale mixed-use design.
• Provide high quality drawings and presentation.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Architecture. 
• Must be able to fit in to an all-English work environment. Deep knowledge of foreign work culture.
• More than 5 years post-qualification experience in design and planning for commercial, residential.
• Must possess tertiary and leisure projects experience.
• Knowledge of construction issues. 
• Working experience in Multi-national companies. 
• Working experience in China or Asian country is highly appreciated.
• Experience in design for manufacture/industrial building is highly appreciated.
• Experience in detail design for mid-size and large buildings.
• Outstanding dedication and work ethic.
• Excellent planning, communication and organization skills, highly responsibility and team spirit. 
• Excellent design and presentation skills, detail oriented.
• Excellent use of Autocad, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design) 
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese will be an advantage. Flexible and proactive.
