Job Description:

• Reporting to Project Manager;
• Responsible for monitoring & checking building services installations & ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules & quality control of works are strictly followed;
• To perform site coordination work with consultants / sub-contractors / suppliers & government departments;
• To handle the production of CSD with relevant parties;
• To coordinate all on-site work;
• Require to be stationed on site.

Job Specification:

• Higher Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years practical experience I handling building services project, residential new building project is preferable;
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations;
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site coordination with sub-contractors;
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD, &n MS Office;
• Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all level;
• Self-motivated, initiative and systematic;
• Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese;
• Immediate available or in short notice is highly preferred.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Coordinator.
