RAMS required for EDB project.  Agreement No. 9OC134 - Term Consultancy for Emergency Repairs, Major Repairs and Special Projects to Aided Schools and in Buildings, Lands and Other Properties for which the Education Bureau is Responsible in Region No. 3A & 3B.

Minimum qualification andexperiencerequirements

• (i) a bachelor’s degree in building surveying with the relevant experience;

• (ii) 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of building maintenance ;

• (iii) Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Job duties

The RAMS will be deployed to client’s office as a Resident Site Staff under the direction of the client’s representative to assist in the contract administration with respect to builder’s work and monitor the performance of contractors and sub-contractors on the delivery of maintenance and repair projects in aided schools at various locations throughout the territory of the HKSAR, and other duties as directed by client’s representative.
