• Holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Building Services Engineering and specialized in MVAC or Electrical system is preferable; Relevant experience in the co-ordination of E & M works and T&C experiences, monitor & supervise site works progress, liaise with client, consultant, architect & sub-contractors
• Knowledge and Experiences in AutoCAD would be advantages
• Housing Authority projects’ experience is required
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
