• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or related discipline
• Corporate membership of the HKIE in building services, electrical or mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in building services co-ordination
• Over the past 10 years’ working experience in building services installations
• Good command of AutoCAD, MS Office
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Housing Authority projects’ experience is required
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Coordinator
