Job Description
Main Role & Responsibility
- Help generate appointment leads to create potential sales opportunities by making tele-services to customers
- Provide general administrative work and clerical duties to Sales & Business Development team
- Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- University students are welcome
Requirements:
- Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above education level
- Pleasant and matured manner, self-motivated & attention to details
- Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Be able to communicate with customers in courtesy manner
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- PC knowledge in MS office, E mail and English and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work at least 2 days a week, 4 -8 hours per day
- Customer service experience in tele-marketing/ call centre is preferable but not a must
- Immediate available would be an advantage
