Responsibilities:
 

• Review all construction and shop drawings, specification, contracts so to correct and / or notify discrepancies
• Check, document and maintain all related administrative work
• Correspond with Interior Designers, Client and on-site personnel to fulfill site-progress, including clarifying all drawings, samples and mock-ups
• Daily site inspection to ensure site fulfills Interior Designer’s latest design
• Monitor site works for workmanship, details and coordinate with related parties and contractors
• Attend all project meetings c/w preparing meeting minutes
• Submit weekly update to Interior Designer for coordination work
• Inspect / record materials, FF&E and all purchases’ quality on / off-site
• Inspect related procured construction materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with Client’s specification / contractual agreement
• Review mock-ups against specification / contractual agreement; make commentaries and recommendations
• Lead in resolving design and technical coordination issues about Finishes, Details, Samples etc. on the project
• Coordinate with all other specialists (such as lighting, kitchen, landscape, AV, security, art consultant etc.)
• Carry out final site inspection to prepare defect-list for rectification, repair or improvement
• Review related as-built drawings
• Stationed in Hong Kong
• 8 months’ contract starting from May / June 2018 with an esteemed international interior design firm

Requirements: 

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or other related disciplines
• At least 10 years of experience working on high-end luxurious residential and / or hotel projects, with strong design and construction knowledge and quality control
• Solid experience in private residence project for VIPs is highly preferred
• C/W relevant academic qualification or licenses
• Well-versed in related local regulations and procedures
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese as well as spoken Cantonese
• Detailed and organized as well as good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, leadership and project management skills
