Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing the gallery’s art exhibitions, events, art fair participation and projects
• Work directly with the director and assist to maintain smooth schedule of projects
• Coordinate with external vendors on behalf of the gallery
• Prepare gallery marketing materials, proof-reading and translation 
• Communicate and interact with clients and visitors of the gallery 

The ideal candidate would be a university graduate with a degree in a related-field. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest for art, and is highly organized with a strong eye for details. 

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin required
• Immediate availability preferred
• Entry-level candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
