This multinational listed entertainment company has a diversified business and a portfolio of market leading brands and productions.  With an established and rapidly growing presence in Asia, they are looking to expand the licensing team in Hong Kong and opportunities exist for experienced hardlines and softlines product development professionals to join the team.

In these Hong Kong based regional roles, you will be responsible for product development in Asia for all brands within the company's portfolio with the main focus on the toy, apparel and publishing categories, amongst others.  You will develop close working relationships with licensees and agents, help to plan ranges, approve artwork and production and conduct brand assurance.  Internally you will report into the head of product development for Asia and develop a close working with global product development while conducting competitor and market research and staying abreast of market developments, retail and product trends supported with reports and analysis of findings.

Requirements
 - A minimum of 8 years in product development in toys, apparel and publishing
 - A regional background in licensing or children's brands in both soft and hard lines
 - Strategic skills in the planning of children's product ranges
 - Adept at building internal and external local, regional and international relationships
 - Working knowledge of Adobe suite including Photoshop and Illustrator essential
