Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Pricing and Specifications

  • Coordinate data collection, verification and assist for all major customers’ RFQs
  • Work closely with Strategic Account Manager and local team members to fulfill every RFQ requirements.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and track the progress of RFQs in a timely manner.
  • Capable to prepare and create CAD drawing and convert CAD drawing into the proposal.
  • Understand the CAD drawing and renderings referring RFQ, build the BOQ accordingly.
  • Assist on an overall quotation and PPT proposals to Strategic Accounts Manager.
  • Follow up the OEM-SJ pricing SOP and assist to keep track the enquiry status.

Sales Operation Support

  • Understand the logistics cost and installation pricing by the APEC dealers referring to RFQ.
  • Follow up and consolidate the order completion date and shipping schedule to meet the customer milestone.
  • Coordinate with Sales Admin and Shipping department for the shipment loading arrangement.

Requirements

  • University degree in Sales and Marketing
  • 1 year above sales or pricing experience to overseas market of any products
  • Experience in furniture specifications and household industries is an advantage
  • Familiar with CAD software skill
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in Putonghua  
  • Require travelling to PRC Dongguan plant on a regular basis
