Requirements:

• Excellent documentation skills; able to express idea clearly in Chinese written form
• Good communication skills; able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members such as game designers, graphic designers and programmers
• Absolute Passion for playing and making games
• Great sense for what makes a game or level fun to play
• Ability to work under pressure independently and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Actual Job Duties:

• Source ideas and draft proposals, which consist of concept documents and development plans
• Coalesce abstract ideas into concrete game play elements
• Design, plan and fine-tune game elements, like gameplay, quests as well as levels
• Contribute ideas to the Design Team
• Write script to handle gameplay specifications, processes and sequences
• Oversee deliverables of design implementers and provide a first pass check on them
• Work closely with Designers, Engineers and Artists to ensure everything is on schedule
• Research and developments about this project

An advantage would be:

• Interest in group games and interactive toys
• Graphics background is definitely a bonus
• Knowledge in Psychology (Human Factors)
• Non-design development experience (as an artist, sound designer, programmer, etc.)
