Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for design of ladies fashion from sketching, technical drawing, coloring, fabric, trim design, print & pattern graphic illustration, artwork, washing, fitting to sample development

- Work closely with merchandising team and sales team

- Present design concept, styling guidelines and product to buyers and sales team

- Perform ad hoc project as assigned by immediate supervisor
 

Experience / Qualification Requirements

- Application will only be processed when CV in Chinese is available

- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design or related discipline

- 3 years well-founded design experience in ladies fashion targeting 28-38 age group. Team leader position is available for more experienced candidate

- Strong passion in fashion, remarkable acumen in fashion, fabric and accessories

- Solid in technical knowledge and sourcing in at least one of the categories of ladies fashion

- Market-oriented

- Mature, tactful and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw

- Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

- Willing to travel frequently (international and within China), willing to station in Guangzhou, Guangdong
