As Director of Operations & Development, you will operate under the policy direction of the CEO and management board, and work with the CEO and CFO in the overall management and development of the education business in China.

The job is a mix of high-level strategic work and ambassadorial duties, combined with overseeing and growing the education portfolio in China.

The Director of Operations & Development has the authority to specify actions required and to detail how the schools will operate in China. 

Skills and responsibilities

• Formulate strategy for our group's education portfolio 
• Proven ability to motivate and manage other people
• Capacity to work under pressure to cope with multiple demands and deadlines, to work fast and to a consistently high standard
• To facilitate the expansion plans of the management board
• Plenty of initiative and a successful track record encompassing all-round administrative experience
• Direct experience in opening schools and kindergartens 
• Familiar with international education field 
• Familiar with China market 
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Be able to write fluently, to think clearly and to grasp new concepts quickly
