Major Responsibilities:

To assist the College Librarian in performing various Library duties including user support, general inquiry, circulation service, data input, clerical and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Librarianship, Library and Information Science or Information Management
• 1 year of relevant experience in school library or public library is an advantage
• A team player with pleasant personality and good communication and interpersonal skills, details oriented, responsible, enthusiastic, motived and able to execute job tasks independently
• Competent PC skills in common MS Office applicationsincluding MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and websites authoring software. Good knowledge in library management system and databases. Experiences in various Web 2.0 applications and use of ebooks and online resources
• Fair spoken and written English and good in Chinese
• Experienced candidates may be considered as Library Officer
