Using an activity-based learning approach, JA HK partners with educators, the commercial and public sectors to develop the work readiness, entrepreneurial thinking and financial literacy of young people in Hong Kong. Our ‘Other Learning Experience’ programs enable young people to learn about the world of work from the first-hand experience of business volunteers. Since our establishment in 2001, JA HK has engaged the support of over 20,000 business volunteers from some 700 companies to serve over 330,000 students from more than 600 schools.

We are inviting applications for the following position from people with a passion to inspire and nurture young people:

Senior Program Manager / Program Manager

Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Manager / Program Manager with JA HK will be responsible for the quality end to end delivery of JA programs which includes the following responsibilities:

• Work with companies and sponsors in designing the program curriculum and rundown
• Recruit and train business volunteers to work with students in the program
• Enroll support from schools and recruit students
• Manage and administer the program and related events
• Assure quality of the program and delivery of the agreed learning outcomes

Requirements:

• University or equivalent education, preferably with business studies background
• Preferably with 10 or more years of working experience for Senior Program Manager (candidates with less experience will be considered as Program Manager)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) – both written & oral
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels
• Good project management, event management and IT application skills
