Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive New Products project from design stage to production stage
• Contribute to sourcing decisions for identifying required supplier capability and quality level
• Handle project development, follow up and work closely with internal departments e.g. R&D, Mechanical Engineering, Merchandising & Quality Department
• Liaise and negotiation with marketing and suppliers
• Update and report on management projects on time
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and project as assinged

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant business- related discipline
• Minimum 8 years working experience, with preferably more than 5 years experiences in an industrial environment. Professional in relevant manufacturing technology and preferably in home small appliance industry. Consumer electronics background is an absolute advantage
• In-depth knowledge of process improvements and cost optimization
• Strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Independent, proactive, driving for result
• Frequent traveling in China is required
