Responsibilities:

• Reliable logging of all service calls and administration service support queue
• Spare part inventory & warehouse management for Technical Team
• Establish & maintain state-of-the-art Technical Service database
• Tracking of all contract start / expiry dates, tracking of scheduled maintenance
• Issue Quotations
• Prepare and check the documentation
• Filing
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required by management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Science/ Engineering / Business Administration
• 2-4 years' relevant working experience
• With SAP knowledge
• Past experience in building and maintaining databases
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Pleasant telephone manner and good customer service skills
• Must be good communication & interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated, independent, energetic, organized, proactive, diligent, detail-minded and a good team player
• Good time management and willing to learn
• Pleasant personality with positive and helpful attitude, customer-centric
• Work will be office-based; occasional overtime work may be required
