Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and update the technical information to service workshop
• Work closely with the principal and workshop for technical problem solution, technical information, warranty claims and etc.
• Organize and conduct technical training and maintenance training to mechanic team and relevant parties
• Reflect technical and customer concern to principal
• Support and resolve warranty claims
• Handle all technical complains and goodwill case

 Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Self-motivated, keen to meet challenges and deliver results
• With strong analytical skills and good sense of business and judgment
• 3 years relevant experience in automotive industry
• Proficiency with MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Less experience will also be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
