Responsibilities

-        Perform full quantity surveying duties

-        Liaise with clients/ consultants/ contractors/ sub-contractors/ suppliers

-        Carry out cost estimation, cost control and regular reporting

-        Prepare tender submission

-        Prepare payment application and evaluate sub-contractors’ interim payment

-        Prepare valuation of variations and claims

-        Settle final account

-        Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements

Degree, Associate Degree or Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying ;

-        Qualified Quantity Surveyor (MHKIS / MRICS) is required

-        At least 3 years working experience in consultancy firms or main contractors

-        Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

-        Good inter-personal and communication skills
