Responsibilities :

• Lead and drive for continuous improvement of production in process and automation, in terms of productivity , quality , and cost savings
• Provide an effectual interface and problem solving process to all production stage ; and design all strategies
• Evaluate and carry out investigation on discrepancies for all actual as well as planned industrial procedures and keep track of all data; ensure integrity of results.
• Provide assistance to all manufacturing facilities, develop plans for the analysis of smooth flow of factory processes,
• Set up and Monitor improvement plan of the department
• Oversee the performance of the Industrial Engineering team and Continuous Improvement team
  
  

Requirement :

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• more than 10 years relevant working experience in knit garment manufacturing, of which at least 5 years in management level
• Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing Management  
• Knowledge and experience in GSD is an advantage
• Great communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management competencies
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and possession of problem solving ability
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
