Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

·       Define and develop procedures or instructions for inspecting, testing and evaluating products

·       Train and monitor QC inspectors according to proper inspection procedures

·       Provide technical support to production lines by applying suitable quality tools

·       Collect, track and analyze production quality data to identify process improvement areas

·       Evaluate non-conforming products and conduct root cause analysis

·       Analyze rejected or returned goods from customers

·       Evaluate samples to ensure their quality can meet the required specifications at new product development stage

·       Prepare and maintain technical documents and reports

Requirements:

·       Diploma/Certificate (or above) holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines

·       3 years or above experience in manufacturing industries / quality assurance, experience in electronics or telecommunication products is an advantage

·       Familiar with ISO9001 and QC tools application is preferable

·       Good analytical, project management and communication skills

·       Self-motivated, can work independently and under pressure

·       Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

·       Good command in Cantonese and English

·       Willing to travel to China occasionally

·       Candidate with less experience or lower qualification may be considered as Quality Assurance Technician

·       Experience and Knowledge on mobile cellular products a plus
