Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate multiple NPI (New Product Introduction) projects from concept to samples, Pilot Run, Production
• Liaise with suppliers for technical issues
• Working with various teams such as Design team, Project team, Sales team, Engineering team and QA teams for projects and production issues follow up
• Sourcing of new supplies to support project development and product cost down cycle
• Organize and drive interdepartmental activities to facilitate and ensure timely completion of all necessary work in product development timelines, test plans, production and delivery plans, quality assurance standards, and track performances with business goals
• Manage product life cycle activities to enhance product value and customer satisfaction
• Prepare project technical documents

Requirements:

• University or above in Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical engineering
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience on project management, R&D engineering jobs, or Quality Assurance experience
• This is a hands-on senior position in the project development
• Solid practical technical knowledge and project engineering / NPI experiences in large electronic OBM manufacturers is a definite asset
• Self-motivated, having a 'can do" attitude and 'result-oriented", good drive and negotiation skills, and be able to work with different levels of people to resolve difficult issues expeditiously
• A good team player with high level of flexibility and ability to support beyond project scope
• Able to communicate complex ideas effectively in Putonghua, English and Cantonese personally and to groups of people
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good track record in project management in the electronic manufacturing industry preferred
• The position is based in HK but frequetent travel to the PRC factory is required
