Jobs Description 

• To handle payable issues and vouchers
• To prepare month-end closing, bank reconciliation statements
• To To maintain proper document and filing system 
• To carry out daily accounting functions not limited to prepare timely management reports
• To handle ad-hoc projects
• Payroll calculations and staff recruitment

Job Specification 

• Minimum 2 years related working experience in Building Construction Industry is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, stable and willing to work under pressure
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese( Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Immediate available is highly preferred
