We aim to be the trusted partner of our customers.  Our Project Managers help our customers to solve their problem and help them to improve their logistic operations.  Our project team will see the project through the stage of identification of problem, solution design and implementation.

Our Project Manager is responsible for:

-       Own the project and be responsible for deliver the solution to the satisfaction of our customers.

-       Lead a team of consultants/engineers to carry out detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis on logistic and supply chain problems, and propose the most effective solutions to our customers.  Solutions usually involve redesign of operations process, design of facility layout, introducing new technology and/or IT solutions.  Result will usually be improved throughput or capacity, reduced space and manpower and therefore unit cost, improved service quality and competitiveness in the market.

-       Project Manager will work with technical team on detailed solution design, ensuring the solution meet the requirement in the most cost effective way.

-       Steer the implementation of solutions, including management of equipment suppliers, contractors, IT service providers, and other project team members, to ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the quality required by the customer.

Talent who has the following experience and attribute is likely to be successful in the role:

-      University graduated, preferably with Engineering or Operations Management background.

-      8 years working experience in 3PLs, Supply Chain Solutions Service Provider, or internal or external consulting. (Candidates who have more experiences maybe offered a more senior position.)

-      Experience in operations management, operations planning or business improvement.

-      Open minded, interested in problem solving, willing to take challenge, self-motivated and fascinating about new technology.

-      Well-polished communication skill.

-      People oriented, able to maintain client relationship; motivate the project team, suppliers and contractors.
