Description:

• Station in Heshan, Guangdong, China
• Report to the Production Director, this position will be responsible for both production and operation improvement

 Responsibilities:

1. Manages 3 workshops (IE, EE,ME) about engineering, maintenance activities, budget, productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement for the workshops under managed
2. Responsible for review production workflow and handle the GST project (General Sewing Time)
3. Propose Improvement scheme to increase production capacity

 Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of engineering experience on the Garment Sewing and Home Textiles fabrication, machinery, and tooling
2. At least 5 years of managing experience
3. Production engineering or industrial engineering or equivalent degree holder
4. Knowledge in lean, six sigma, ISO9000 is a bonus
5. Good command in spoken Mandarin and English
6. Experience in using ERP system is an advantage
7. Attentive to details, well organized with excellent analytical skill, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
8. A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. Immediately available is preferable
