Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • To be responsible for the oversight of all the operational management activities related to the Flight Hour Services (FHS) and Total Support Package (TSP) Component contracts, the monitoring of the delivery performance as all improvement action plans, definition of fixes and the monitoring of their implementation / effectiveness. 

  • To be part of the FHS team and which provides the operators with a turnkey solution of LRU and components management (stock availability, repair, reliability control). 

  • To be responsible for managing the Entry Into Service and subsequent serial operational performance of one or more FHS contracts provided to Airbus Customers through the selected suppliers base with the contractual performance commitments.
    • Ensuring daily FHS operational performance, managing the local interface with Customer(s) to secure their satisfaction.
    • Ensuring adherence to contract service level (operational, quality & cost performance) through clear and consistent reporting of Key Performance Indicators.

    • Identifying the root causes of performance shortfalls, and taking appropriate measures or coordinating action plans to correct or resolve the issues.

    • Entry Into Service (EIS) planning and work streams management. Implementing the appropriate industrial set-up and resources (local team, customer training, IT …) to ensure a smooth EIS of the FHS components services

    • Scheduling, executing, optimizing and monitoring the implementation of retrofit programs decided by the engineering team, and for the associated reporting.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications Requirements:

 

 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering  or equivalent qualification in aircraft maintenance related

  • 3-5 years’ experience on customer support/services related, international logistics, etc.

  • Background in Civil Aviation, continued airworthiness,

  • Experience on MIS (Maintenance Information System) practice is a plus

  • Excellent written and spoken English (ideally & Chinese : Mandarin & Cantonese)

  • Ability to work with root cause analysis, synthetic view and short deadlines
