Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for quotation processing and cost calculation. Work closely with Account Servicing Team in China and oversea offices to provide tactical support to our International Sales Team
  • Assist in preparing and responding to large bids and tenders, follow up commercial documentation to accomplish tenders with concerned departments to ensure delivery of completed tenders on time
  • Clarify sales terms, products specification and order details with oversea zone offices
  • Review sales inquiry and prepare cost sheet/quotation, resolve technical and commercial issues for effective inquiry processing
  • Develop and maintain high level of communication with internal stakeholders and timely update & address client’s expectation and order requirements during the whole order processing flow
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing competitors pricing structure and strategy
  • Compile business analysis and sales report for management on regular basis
  • Support on new business market development
  • Review and document zone representative visit reports and timely update Vice President, Sales on status and actions arisen

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical industry is an advantage
  • 3-5 years Sales and Marketing support experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English is a MUST; conversational level of Mandarin and basic written Chinese preferred
  • Trilingual such as Indian or Spanish is a plus
  • Self-motivated, efficient, articulate, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment under pressure and deadlines
  • Proactive, meticulous to details, good interpersonal skill and sense of urgency, result-oriented with business acumen
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill plus good time management
  • Proficient in MS Office eg Excel, Powerpoint
