Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operation and production issues of offshore offices and factories, including the sales activities, production arrangement and budgeting;
• Identify opportunities / potential partners in offshore locations and construct a systematic execution plan to develop the businesses;
• Monitoring the global program deployment progress and drive the implementation success in timely manner;
• Liaises with counterparts in Europe and US offices on assigned program management;
• Support the offshore locations to Develop, Sustain and Expand existing & new programs down to operational & production levels;
• Monitor, Motivate and Coach the offshore teams to keep and deliver HIGH Customer Service Performance;
• Review the regular production and sales reports from offshore locations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Management or related discipline;  
• Relevant knowledge and experience in business development, project management, preferably in garment accessories industry;
• Relevant Experience in Printing products & Woven labels is an advantage;
• Solid exposure for ISO9001, BSCI, Quality Control and Factory Compliance;
• High level of self-motivation and integrity, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Mature & Strong in leadership with high Accountability;
• Strong and effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Good command of both Written & Spoken English, Good Mandarin is required;
• Frequent travelling to overseas is required.
