Job Description
Our client specializing business aviation is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team here in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for M&E manual suite preparation and development;
- Advise on QA matters to MQA and management;
- Perform M&E section internal personnel qualification assessment and authorization, maintain authorization database;
- Conduct vendor initial and annual evaluation and approval;
- Prepare annual audit plan, including E&M, FTM, MRO and outstation service provider etc.;
- Maintain and monitor audit finding database;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Degree/Higher diploma or above in aircraft engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years' aircraft engineering experience plus 1 year of QA experience;
- Holder of Aircraft Maintenance License (CAD or CAAC or FAA);
- Willingness to travel (station audit) and work at various schedule as required;
- Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese language is a plus.
Desirable Qualities:
- Completed Auditor training course, SMS training or equivalent is a plus;
- Good communication and coordination skill.
