Job Responsibilities:

• To change, install and repair safe mechanical electronic lock
• To manage safe warehouse and continuously maintain and improve database
• To coordinate daily operations, eg. Arrange movers, logistics vehicles
• To handle customer’s enquires i.e complaints and problematic enquiries timely
• To issue quotation, invoice and service order (S.O.) via ERP system
• To assist on project function i.e. show delivery and installation arrangement, safe and locks routine checking and maintenance with monthly charges
• To handle ad-hoc report as required

 Job Requirements:

• Skill of using hand tools to install locks and equipment
• Diploma / Certificate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience
• Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holder with valid Electronic Worker License & Security Personnel Permit Category D is an advantage
