Responsibilities:

• Supervises shop daily operation, verify the service quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers;
• Create, execute and support the operational aspects of shop;
• Forecast, monitor & control the cost of shop;
• Develop specific goals & plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish works;
• Staff hiring of shop;
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Operation Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in F&B management is preferred;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in F&B sector, in fast-food sector is preferred;
• Excellent communication skills.
