Job Description
Offers:

Responsibilities:
- Provide good customer service on handling enquiries and technical support;
- Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or Post-Secondary / F.5 or above with 1 year of customer service experience;
- Willing to work shift duty and on roster basis;
- Good spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
