Job Purpose:   

• To supervise the reservation & roadshow team and ensure all the projects and bookings run smoothly
• To provide guidelines and training to the reservation & road show team
• To identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities
• To monitor bookings and ensure all journeys are completed without issue
• To response to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• To provide advice to customers on ground transportation requirements and to prepare cost estimations if required
• To proactively investigate all customer incidents thoroughly and efficiently and to implement necessary actions to prevent re-occurrence
• To accurately and efficiently administer all relevant paperwork and post call ‘wrap up'
• To support the review and redefine of internal workflows 

Knowledge and Skills 

• University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experiences in multinational corporation.  Event management / tourism field is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented and excellent customer relationship management skills.  Able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Japanese speaking will be an advantage​ 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
