Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years practical experience in Event Management within the MICE industry
• Destination Management/Inbound Travel experience advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
  
• Fluent Cantonese preferred 
• Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
• Strong destination management operational skills are required 
• Previous experience working with the Caucasian market preferred
• Financial acumen
• Well-organised, independent, self-motivated and customer-orientated 
• Demonstrated initiative, ability to work within a team environment and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards required

Key Responsibilities:

• Program / Account Management and execution of groups and events for inbound overseas clients
  
• Responsible for sourcing and liaising with suppliers
• Manage on-site services and resources to deliver client and company expectations
  
• Budget management and reconciliation
• Participate in the business development program including site inspections, familiarisation visits and educational programmes
  
• Research and develop new products and update existing products and services
  
• Manage and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers as well as with business partners
  
• Manage and maintain excellent relationships with key clients 
• Office administration
