Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and policies in line with the guidelines from the Principal and the company’s objectives.  Set up sales call plans, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed.
• Monitor and analyze market competitions and figures/trends and recommend change strategy to ensure actions are taken to maximize sales and revenue.
• Achieve group goals including budgeted revenue, gross margin and profit.
• Lead and supervise sales team to perform according to sales plans.
• Handle customers’ requests and complaints and provide necessary support and service in a professional manner.
• Prepare and manage annual sales budget, marketing plan and to ensure all financial targets are achieved.
• Prepare and manage selling tariff to the market in conjunction with the Principal.
• Maintain excellent relationship with key accounts and Travel Agents to ensure airlines’ representations are being properly and effectively promoted in the market.
• Collect market intelligence and prepare reports to the management.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 5 year of experience in airlines or travel industry preferably with leadership function.
• Knowledge in airline ticketing and reservation system preferably SABRE is an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Tactful in customers handling, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good communications skills, detail-minded, patient, able to work under pressure.
• Ability to lead and foster team spirit.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry.
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint).
