Job duties:

• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties, Data entry, filing, office supplies ordering etc…
• Assist warehouse operation. Including goods receiving and put away, goods pick and pack., handle inbound/outbound shipments
• Handle I/E documents, apply license, tradelink declaration etc…
• Maintain effective filing records
• Provide assistant for any ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated preferable with 1-2 years experience
• Self-motivated, diligent and well organized
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to learn, initiative and considerate
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Basic shipping knowledge & warehouse operation experience with will be and added bonus
