Duties and Responsibilities

1. Execute and monitor the Quality Management System on Operations and ensure compliance of the quality requirement of products and services according to Quality Manual, HACCP Manual, Customer requirement, and Local regulatory authorities are maintained.
2. To perform on-line monitoring of product and process according to quality assurance plan to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the system.
3. Assist to execute and access the control plan of Food Safety and Quality on company business.
4. Support the implementation of Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures to ensure the entire operational process are in compliance with company standard.
5. Assist in perform risk assessment for new and/or existing products and develop risk based control measures for continuously improvement.
6. Conduct trouble shooting through performing investigation & analysis to the problems identified from daily inspection or customer complaints. Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective action and suggest solutions.
7. Communicate and provide guidance to the respective departments to ensure the Food Safety and Quality requirements are implemented smoothly and swiftly.
8. Prepare analysis reports and inspection reports to the management for monitoring consistent quality performance.
9. Responsible for handling, investigation & analysis of Alleged Food Poisoning Incident according to the Standard Operation Procedures.
10. Carry out other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Managers.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor holder of Food Science, Food Technology, Food Microbiology, or other related subjects
2. Knowledge on food safety, food manufacturing, ISO9000, ISO22000 and HACCP
3. Minimum 2-year experience in Food related industry or food laboratory
4. Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
5. Good communication and leadership skills
6. Mature, self-confident, responsible, initiative, can work independently
7. PC literate (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
8. 5-days work week, work at non-office hour, weekend and/or on public holiday is required.
9. Shift duties and overnight work is required as operational needs.
