We are currently seeking a high calibre Hotel General Manager for one of our world-class brand-chain hotels.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to both property owner and hotel operating companies
• Formulate and implement operational strategies with the objective to increase profit and market share
• Coach and support hotel team to effectively manage occupancy, room rates, wages and controllable expenses. Strive to accomplish financial goals simultaneously with great satisfaction from guests and team members
• Deliver an efficient and profitable operation via strong sales/ revenue acumen and effective costs control, including the control of supplies, utilities, and labor expenses to within budgeted parameters
• Interface with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels, and overall satisfaction
• Analyze any service issues and identify trends, in order to facilitate the development of creative solutions to overcome obstacles and to continually improve guest satisfaction results
• Ensure the well maintenance of building and the atmosphere of operational areas to meet or exceed guest expectations
• Inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
• Create a synergistic team and work environment that consistently deliver positive results and continuously strive to improve
• Ensure to provide a safe and secure facility for guests and team members
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major with at least 10 years in hotel industry, of which at least 5 years at senior managerial level a MUST
• 4 years or above Hotel General Manager experience gained from world-class hospitality industry, and with outstanding performance in sales revenue and owner's return
• Demonstrate progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
• With entrepreneurial and creative mindset
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
• Willing to station in China, Guangdong province
